Which is what I was talking about earlier when I was saying that I really feel like minor (and common) soul hits shouldn't exist, they should be HEFTY and only there if you really screw up (And almost certainly knew you were breaking the code big time before hand). Otherwise it's a "Heck, I can't avoid the downside I guess I'll live with it".

Don't nickel and dime them them all the time till they just (Begrudgingly) accept it as the cost of doing business.
