Birth day != roll day. Characters don't walk out of the generator at 0. Hanryu was 20-ish when I rolled him for example. It will vary based on race.

You can also e-mail or call billing. They can send you an e-mail with the creation date for all characters on your account, even if they are currently deactivated. I have done this with my account, my father's account, and an old account that belonged to my brother several years ago.
