When you're speaking in your native language (Prydaenese) and you try to say something TO someone, it doesn't work, it just comes out as '"You say in Prydaenese, "blah". I should be able to... You say in Prydaenese to JoeBob, "Blah". Obviously you would have to be speaking to someone of your race if you want them to udnerstand you.
