Backstory: I'm a dwarf. We like drinkin, smoking, and the like. We even have an entire shop devoted to it in Raven's Point. Thought i'd learn some smoke images...

Problem: Any non-olvi race is so terrible at smoke images it's not even worth the time. Dwarves can only get 'Adequate', which for most images is so poor it's not even fun.

Solution: We're short, we smoke...i even have a mikkhalbamar pipe! Is there any way Dwarves, maybe even Gnomes (both tinkering-type races) could have access to the 'Streamer' level of Image mastery? Olvi would still be the definitive masters of smoking, but other races would be good enough at it to have fun.

Just to provide a point of reference:
Phoenix
Beginner/Wheezer: You cough out some smoke that looks like something round and short on two legs.
Amateur/Sneezer: You spew out a cloud of smoke, that forms the image of a large, misshapen bird.
Adequate/Whiffer: You blow out some smoke that turns into the image of a mangled, sorry excuse for a bird.
Streamer: You exhale a long line of smoke that transmutes into a beautiful rising phoenix, only to disperse into "ashes".
Master: Rivulets of smoke flow from between your lips, coalescing into the image a beautiful, burning phoenix, totally consuming it in the flames. From the ashes a new, smaller bird emerges, which stretches its wings and then flies off.
