Subscribers can now speak Common with a racial, provincial, or regional accent. (Provincial accents require citizenship, while regional accents require affiliation with a city.)

Typing LANGUAGE by itself lists your accents. To change your accent, type LANGUAGE ACCENT [NEUTRAL|RACIAL|CITIZEN|REGIONAL].
