>>It is just Olvi. I'm not sure why people put an extra o on the end. Olvi is what the race is, its what our language is, its used to describe anything made or for our race. Olvio is just a pipe and not really akin to Olvi themselves.
To quote Fial, "The native language of Halflings is Olvio. Modern Olvio contains words from old Olvio and borrowed words from other languages including Gamgweth."
And the book, 'Words Every Trader Should Know' refers to our language as Olvio.

Go with Fial, but don't go by that book.
That book..well.. it calls Haakish Thirquinhaak. Now, I realize that you COULD argue that the term Haakish was derived from that "Dwarven word." The real problem with that (and with several other supposed Dwarven words in that book) is that the letters actually don't exist in Haakish.
C (except in CH), J, Q, W (except in variant clusters), X, Y, and Z are not apart of the Dwarven alphabet. Therefore, even the name of the language is wrong, along with the terms for Honored Lord, Thank Ye, I don't know your language, and Yes.
Basically, this book is one of the earliest books in the game, and for the most part hasn't been followed when the languages are actually developed.
I'm not saying that in this case it isn't right, but I just wouldn't depend on it, even though it is one of the few pieces of possible language you folks have. It is just very possible that they won't take anything from it.
