Is it possible for a PC to join the Ru'atin Peri'el? If not, are there any plans for this in the future?

not currently possible to join them, no. the gms had spoken that someday it might. i beieve clerics can get a title that is affiliated with them somehow though.

Out of curiosity, did you make everyone stop trying to kill Lyras so you could go try to kill Book?

The title is Dragon Luller, you must be a devotee of Peri'el and have a certain number (2oo maybe?) of Vocal Ranks I believe.

Singer would be a fine title for a member of the Ru'at and it's a performer title I think.
