I have found bits and pieces of how the Ranger bonus works, and if I am reading what I have found correctly do we actually get a "negative" bonus if we have no bonus and are in town?

Just looking for clarification :).

If that is true, is this going to be fixed or is it intended. Sorry if this is redundant of another post I couldn't find.
