I posted about this when 3.0 came out, but it seems to have been overlooked for quite some time. The first shot shows the entire room that you "electricity" an arrow and the second shot snipes as intended.

Now that the new bow system has been released, I've been hoping this bug could get some squishing as well. It's a super cool ability, but the auto-reveal kinda defeats the purpose of the snipe.
Here's what it looks like from a random third party's perspective:
Moving fluidly, Ipecac Electricitys a basilisk head arrow at a grass eel. A grass eel fails to dodge, taking the full blow. The arrow lands a cataclysmic strike (Shock waves ripple outward!) to its body! The grass eel is stunned!
The basilisk head arrow lodges itself shallowly into the grass eel!
Someone snipes a basilisk head arrow at a grass eel. A grass eel fails to dodge, mis-stepping and blundering into the blow. The arrow lands an apocalyptic strike (So that's what it felt like when Grazhir shattered!) to its body!

A grass eel coils and uncoils rapidly before expiring.
