A way to use Scouting ranks and get some AoE damage in our tool kit:

Pausing to focus on the natural forces surrounding you, you search for signs of any wild spirits in the area.
Spotting a confluence of fae spirits, you reach out through your attunement to Nature and intone a primal call, stirring them to action!
A cluster of fae spirits swarms over the area, unleashing concentrated gusts of freezing wind that threaten to cut their enemies to ribbons!

Victim1 is caught in the furious gale! He takes a massive strike to the back, opening a neat gash from shoulder to hip that begins rapidly discharging crimson slush!
Victim2 is caught in the furious gale! She takes a light hit to the right arm, leaving behind a line of dark rime.
Victim3 manages to dodge the freezing winds.
Victim4 takes cover behind his kite shield, safely avoiding the freezing winds.

Possible (random) damage types:
Cold/Slice: A cluster of fae spirits swarms over the area, unleashing concentrated gusts of freezing wind that threaten to cut their enemies to ribbons!
Fire/Impact: A cluster of fae spirits swarms over the area, unleashing dreadful blasts of ignited air that threaten to roast their enemies alive!
Electric/Puncture: A cluster of fae spirits swarms over the area, unleashing crackling bolts of energy that threaten to fry their enemies from the inside out!

On a short timer akin to Bard screams. Trying again before the timer is up:
Your senses are still too fatigued from your previous attempt to commune with Nature.
