OK ...

Uploaded new placeholders for Traders, Empaths and bards. Their calcs have been disabled (but are still there) and their charts replaced with a "coming soon"-like message. That should help prevent the confusion that was happening, people seeing a calc and wondering why the numbers were all wierd.

For the Clerics, I went ahead and put up a temporary calc/chart using their current req's, though I make no guarantee on the accuracy of the numbers. Using several different sources, I found disagreeing numbers so I went with as accurate a model as I could reasonably build. I'll update it with their new req's when they go live. Could be a while, that's why I put up this temp for now.
