Well, after one year of marriage IRL, I've managed NOT to kill my wife, so I guess that means I'm stuck with her, eh?

Pretty much, yeah. I'm approaching my 10th, and it's amazing he hasn't killed me yet too, though I'm sure he's wanted to several billion times.

Congrats!

Just past the 29 year mark, I play DR so I don't kill her.

My wife and I have just passed our 5th anniversary on the 20th of April. It's kinda sad that after 5 yrs marriage and nearly 2 dating she still doesn't know what I see in this game. Heh.

I'm in the same boat as Sylvado, only for not quite so long. 20 years this past Feb. I still want to kill him.

Happy anniversary.

I got rid of mine after 7, I couldn't stand her anymore. you should do the same, get rid of em before they cause you too many headaches. Over a lifetime, it is cheaper to divorce em and pay alimony 50 percent of the life of the marriage, then to stay with em and be miserable.

Not if you have been married for 263 years.

I'm lucky... My girlfriend played a similar, but incredibly unsophisticated, text based game. So when we hooked up, I showed her DR and she went "OMG I think I'm going to love this game, it's so detailed" :)

What he isn't telling you is that the other game ruined him a lot more than this one did.
