I was really afraid when I heard STW was being dropped to a first tier spell. I can say I'm not really liking the either/or mechanic of bow/LT boost. Is there any way we could get this changed to just flat boosting both? I can understand the loss of HT.
Also, not really feeling much of a benefit from it. Has the tier drop impacted it's potency at all?

I understand that they're rank buffs. I wasn't really commenting on that. I was commenting on the mechanic how is it either bow OR LT, depending on which you are holding, and the timing of the checks. And I would rather it just be bow AND LT simultaneously. I know it may seem trivial, but I switch between these two fairly often, so I notice it some.
