I have been trying and trying to dry an herb in my hand so I can do a little alchemy. Bought all the stuff and really dont'want to by the Pyramid too. I though this was the purpose of the beseech. So far after one day with the same flower I'm o-fer (0-27 atttempts). What do I need to do to get this working. Please don't say wait until I hit level 100.

I managed to make some Blocil Berry potion and some Geogrin Salve last night. I was very excited. Is this worth anything? I thought it might turn into a nice side business. Working this side job also encreases my foraging and my mechlore, which is nice. I can get some decent sucess out of it too the best I can tell. Unlike Shaping Longbows (worthless until what 200 ranks in bow) and Tanning (100 skinning to arrange). Thought I'd work this one for a while until I get my other ranks up.

Where can I get Vials all I can find is the silver veriety which cost 500kron. I'd like something cheaper to put it in that is closeable.

Will jars filled with salve or potions leak in my backpack since they can't be closed?

Jadice flowers do not react well with water. What about oil?

Jeremael is still fixing alchemy, he probably just hasn't gotten to the beseech yet.

Sorry, no. At least, I don't know of anyone making any money off of selling herbs.

There's couple others but the regular silver ones are the cheapest. Alchemy is not for the poor.

Leaking was turned off, so don't need to worry about that. Jeremael said they were going to have smaller or better containers for sale sometime, although why they released leaking before they were available is a mystery to me.

Ah, experimentation. You can find lists of the "regular" mixes that actually do something but I'm sure many are hoping that more mixes will be come available. I'd wait until Jeremael gets some more of the bugs out, then good luck finding something interesting.

Hope this helps.

CAPPY1, please send me an IM at TalonAL and I'll answer any questions you have left about alchemy and the beseech. Maybe I can help you get the beseech to work. :)

I would just say that Alchemy is the most evil thing in creation. I gave up trying to make potions after wasting a gold or so on failed attempts and equipment. But to subject, you are Circle 10 at least right? Beseeech Sun to Dry won't work unless until you are Circle 10.

Also, if you've found herbs in cabinets and stuff, they might've already been dried. Though if you forage something and can't dry it that might be a problem.

I haven't had any problems with drying herbs. Did a whole pouchful today.
