i know you not lookin to go to island but aesry is a great place for mid range hunting. snow goblins can take ya from 120s to over 200s. they are skinnable (each skin is 5 scrapes too) drop boxes, and gems. each tier can swarm decent enough.

i only swam it usin caiman swim and was able to get the first few rooms with bout 140s or so in swimmin with 40 prep cais. im sure it teaches over 300-400 if you can get all the rooms.

Yep frozen river is great from about 150 + CAIS and i'm sure will teach up to 400 or more. the climbing will take you up near 500 ranks i'd guess. you want about 150 or so, (prolly less with spc) to get over the log. just make yourself a script that climbs thru the la'tami area and the leucro area. as you gain ranks you can add a few rooms, like the pit in tami and the rooms in blade spiders and eventually the limb going undergondola from north to south. i'm thinkin when i was working climbin there with 320 ranks it would take me about 4 cycles of climbing thru leucs and tami to lock and i still couldn't climb in blade spiders. when there are a lot of people working the climbing routes you may even get some leucro swarms ;) Ilithi is hard to beat for survival training, can even work escaping to 100 fairly easily in the mud behind coriks wall. not to mention has normally had a really good bunch of rangers about who are quite helpful.
