After all this time, what critters on the mainland would be good for training disarm/lockpick that are at 118/115? That would be swell.

Further, I just want to make sure I'm doing it right, what's the best process for getting the learning going?

Disarm ID, disarm mark, disarm quick if you can will net you the most exp per box. Lockpick is still on old mechanics, it'll fly.
