Thanks to Emanda for this amazing piece:
You tap a segmented arzumos-hide bowcase

Sections of carapace from an armadillo have been strung together in an overlapping pattern, protecting a simple bowcase made from an arzumos's comparatively softer hide. Snowy white meshor fox fur lines the inner length of the case, providing a plush layer to keep it's contents dry and undamaged. Strung together with the over-layer in the center of the bowcase is a starburst, carved from pale palmwood and lacquered with the kertig image of a fierce hiro bear, a lion's paw and a clenched fist.

And to Satfiki for this:

a palmwood desert bow

Chosen for its natural durability in harsh climates, the pale palmwood is severely arched to form the body and covered in overlapping layers of resilient armadillo carapace. Silvery-black animite caps adorn each end -- one shaped like a lion's paw and the other a clenched fist -- to secure the durable spidersilk bowstring firmly. Etched in intricate detail, a roaring hiro bear rests just above the riser, supplying a makeshift focal point when loading and aiming.
