I would've chosen this song for Empaths, since this is largely the common situation I've historically found myself in as a healing empath looking for patients at a healing spot (which were all pretty busy when I hung out there). I forget who sings this song, though.

It's one of my favorite Beach Boys songs, and this particular rendition is neat in that you can really see what an dastardly insane genius Brian Wilson is and how complicated his songs are once you scratch the pop-sounding surface.

originally i thought the red balloons were a metaphore for missiles. i just realized this is a song not only anti-nuke war, but i think its about nuclear war started by accident. i thought the kids in the toy store were defense department types shopping for weapons.
