I am fairly new back to the game and seem to be surpised at how my backstab exp seems to be lagging behind the stalking and hiding. I've noticed this trend over two critter types P5 dyads, and Haven vipers. I know there have been some changes to stealth over the last while so it this normal or am I just not giving it enough ranks to see it even out? If this trend continues as my backstab lags futher behind my hide and stalk this would be a big blow toward being able to effectivly hunt over time.


Hiding: 186 94% bewildered
Stalking: 197 09% perplexed
Backstab: 178 69% concentrating

i would say this could be a different problem, my backstab is about 125 ranks less than my hiding/stalking. But then, I learned hiding/stalking while stealing too, so they got further ahead than stabbing.

Yeah I had that issue in prime. Backstab is 20 above stalking and 20 below hiding in TF though, oddly enough.

And I've had much better luck locking backstab from ambushing (head) than from actually backstabbing. You can milk that from much lower critters too.
