If I wanted to request that a specific shop be made pilferable would I bring that up with you (since you're the stealth/stealing/Thief GM) or do I need to talk to the owner of the area that the shop is located in?

You probably should try to bring it up with the owner of the shop/area first or concurrently.

<<My priority right now is going to be to spend the next weekish fixing bugs of all flavors, so if you have a favorite bug you want fixed (that's in my jurisdiction) you may want to post about it (in its own thread) to refresh my memory.

Museum:
DISARM IDENTIFY sets off the trap to the Donation box.

MARK doesn't report if cases are locked or unlocked.

When justice sends you to Riverhaven, you are dropped
off at the Riverhaven docks with no warrants.

I don't know if the recent stealth changes were intended to change this or not, but hiding and stalking on the guards teaches very poorly now. Around 400 in both skills, going straight for about 20 minutes I can't get past pondering. For something with such a big risk, I would think this would teach better for all levels.
