I tried to forget Hasten. The Guild Leader told me I can't forget basic khri. I don't have anything else in the Finesse tree only hasten. Even though it wouldn't let me forget the khri it still took my 30 day reset.

It would still sound like a bug eating his 30-day reset when it didn't actually do anything.
