Assuming your just making a regular tincture that you'll be doing shady stuff with later, follow the instructions on the Tincture Jar page on elanthipedia(http://www.elanthipedia.com/wiki/Item:Tincture_jar) and you should have a tincture at the end. Just make sure to count the herb, it's 4 alchohol per part not 4 alchohol per herb.

The last time I did this on my Empath it worked. But, that was about a year ago or so. After I made my first batch I realized poisoning myself to cure a wound I could easily heal with a spell was stupid and never did it again. I suppose it's possible that it has broken since then.
