I can say with great certainty that all of those fines are from town empaths and citizenship taxes.. Not actual fines from committing crimes.. Not to mention that such debt isn't even that large. The debt I owed in the province where the attempt happened is on the lower half.. Anyone know how this inhibitor works, so I can keep it from happening in the future??
