Seems there is some questions over the mentioning of the khri, cookies, baked items, etc.. While GM Royce was the Guru, it was understood cookies or baked items was the word used.
Personally, I dont see a problem with a post that mentions a khri. But if you mention it by name, kiss that post goodbye. But if you mention it by number, your safe, unless you mention what it can do. Being a thief IG, I can understand the secrecy factor (Took me 3 hours to figure out the way to join).
On another note, the amount of trolls running around is being watched. All I have to say in the matter, dont come in and try to draw fire.. I carry a very large naphtha cocktail for those circumstances.
Most I said in awhile, so will stop here.

I was definitely in the 'days' boat. I specifically remember walking through virtually every room in The Crossing, carefully looking at everything trying to pull, push, look behind, search, and poke everything I thought was an object. I can't say I did it alone. The first day I went around with someone whose name I don't remember. (I don't even remember how we met, but we both somehow discreetly signaled to each other we were looking for the same thing). I don't know if he ever found it though. For some reason I have the words "Tiger" and "Kung Fu" stuck in my head about that particular memory. No idea why.
Anyway, beside the point.
Personally, I've always felt silly with the cooking words. To me it's goofy rather than mysterious and shadowy. The ideas of chefs, kitchens, cooking, cookies, etc. just doesn't match my perception of the guild. I'd rather use a euphemism like "necromancy". "I seem to be having trouble performing the highest necromantic ritual. The dark arts don't seem to be bending to my will correctly..." "Are you sure the third phantoms we summon are acting right?" etc. etc.
Just my thoughts on it.

I know my first time through.. it took me 2 days.. and I got beatup ALOT.. I just wanted a drink.. anyway.. yeah.. fun stuff, kinda proud that even though i'm not thief primary in prime < starting to go that way in plat, youse guys are more fun> I found it on ma own!

the baking... well, I have no idea, I accidently found a recipie when my prime thief was kinda young... but, now, I don't remember where... are there any IG clues to find these things?
or do I just wander.. and hope again?

I miss the days when the den was still the place to be, like back when first circle adventurers could talk their way in through the secret door on the promise of good behavior and then hang out for a while before being thugged and dumped outside the exit passage. And the times there were invasions inside the den, like before the gargs took over the north gates the skunks invaded and had dozens of people on the floor stunned and smelling... worse then before.
