And yet, much to my chagrin, I encountered this:

The traitor Empath turned on his own kind. Why? Close as I can figure: helping a pilferer escape the guards (whom found her, anyhow, through seemingly superhuman means).
You know, I'm not one for paranoia, but this isn't the first time a strange thing like that happened in Riverhaven... someone is watching me : P Go away!
