ask one of the npcs around shard about yer rep. if yer on the wanted boards, get off of it <do your time, etc>, then bin some easy stuff you can steal without getting caught. if she isn't speaking to you as the result of some event your character was involved in that you can't remember, you'll probably have to do an assist.
