Anyone know the effective ranks required to start khri standing? Using only rank 1 khri (focus, hasten).

I thought it was 50, and I've got 46 augmentation + 46 IM, so that would make sense.

But I've also got 43 Utility and I can start that standing now too. Haven't gained any stats in the past 5 ranks, so it's not a concentration calculation.

I'm able to do both consistently, but wasn't 3 ranks ago. I thought IM gave at most a 10% boost, which would nudge Aug to 50 but util would still only be 48 at best. Does urban bonus boost khri/magic values? It must. I'm able to start the khri in 'Your surroundings fit your talents perfectly.' zones, but not neutral or worse. I've been testing in a neutral zone I guess.

No real point here, just data points for early khri use.

Urban bonus definitely affects whether you can start khri standing, too. I first noticed I could start sagacity standing in town, ran outside of town, couldn't do it.
