It is perfectly reasonable that some food items cost as much as armor and weapons. Related to modern terms, a Big Mac would only cost me about as much as my living room set...oh, that is right, Elanthia has hyper inflation without any controls. Reminds you of Germany after WWI. At what point do Kronars become useless? Or is that already occuring with people trying to dump them for real dollars?

Yeah, I got a few thousand sitting in my bank...and, you are going to buy what with that? Money doesn't get you power, or prestige in DR, it just allows you to buy more junk. It sure looks pretty, but at the end of the day, it just feels hollow and empty. Best to just sell those Kronars for money that WILL do that for you.
