Hello!

I made a few changes to the Ratha Trader Shop. I removed a wooden hand, a silver ring tree, and a polished silver cart from [Ratha Traders' Guild, Wholesale Outlet], since the items on the surfaces are no longer functional in game.

The folding cane chair is now sold on a wicker display located in [Ratha Trader Shop, Side Room]. Please let me know if it ever goes missing again!
