I'd like to see a purchasable trading license of some sort for Traders working the routes with a caravan or pack animal through Shard that will allow us through the north and south gates at night without being a citizen. We don't need access to shops at night, per se.

I'd also like to see trading licences for Therengia, Zoluren, and Hibarnhvidar that would cover the cost of transport on ferries, skifs, and barges when trading with a caravan or pack animal. Consider it like a FastPass for toll roads. Maybe give us a (non-transferable) badge or something that has to be worn in order for the gatekeepers and ferrymen to recognize Licensed status.

These could be purchased individually from the trade ministers or guild leaders for, say, 5 plat per month.

And a new title to go with it: Licensed Trader.
