Is there any stat influence, or skill base to improve the speed, or pulse size of Avtalia Array?

I'm operating under the assumption that Avtalia Array pulses at the same rate as Starlight Aura regen. Since Wisdom affects the size of Starlight regen, I've assumed that it may affect Avtalia Array charge rate. These are both assumptions, I haven't tried doing any science to it yet.
