I'm quitting DR, either permanently and/or for an extended period. I can't imagine I wouldn't be a tad bit curious to see what DR 2 is like but anything prior to this will not happen. We've all heard it before, the reasons why folks quit and the reasons are not important, it's the same ones every person in the history of DR has had, pick one that suits you.
I'm not upset with Simutronics, or the GMs or even the game, it is still a quailty product after this long, and I suspect it will stay so, even if it is underrated by the vast web audience.
So there you have it. My little 'me' post.
I'm going to be in the game one last time this evening, tidying up some things, etc. so if you want to say hi or just kick me in the shin, be my guest.
...don't let the yak kick you on the way out!

take care and make sure to just freeze your account so if you choose to come back at some later time you'll be able to.

A scavenger troll arrives, scouring the area.
The scavenger troll exclaims, "I dinks I like da' Moongate!"
The scavenger troll bends over and picks up the Moongate. After appraising it, the troll places the Moongate in its frayed knapsack
