Is this completely broken for anyone else? Mine has been stuck on early 406 AV for an entire in-game year now. Is the data from my most recent 5 pay periods available anywhere?

After digging into this a bit...
Your info is there, it's just on earlier pages. I talked to Socharis, he's aware that the ledgers have issues. There's something nutty in how it clears the old info to start replacing with new. We'll tackle it when we can.

As long as I can find it somewhere, I don't really care if it's out of order, especially for the Income section. Sales sections seem to work well and they're way more important
