I thought I remember hearing 24 hours was the limit of consent....might have been 48 though, but its not set in stone.

Yes, you have consent until you get your money back or you give up on trying to get it or they're incapable of giving it back anymore (i.e. they walk).

I have more fun gwething about how they are pathetic and I caught them and they are probably the person stealing from EVERYONE.
