The following spell updates are live in Prime only. Release for Plat and TF will follow after a period of testing and observation.

Gar Zeng

This has been updated to the new TM model. Number of bolts is now based on the spell's power, with a random modifier. Nerve damage now only occurs when the spell actually hits. Fixed a bug in multishot logic to reduce the power of each bolt properly based on actual number of bolts. Removed empty hand requirement.

Lightning Bolt

Added nerve damage to the spell based on actual damage dealt, and added miss messaging.

Chain Lightning

Downtweaked nerve damage per bolt significantly. As with LB the damage is based on actual damage dealt, but should be about 1/4 the damage of a regular LB spell. The amount of nerve damage per bolt should be between 2/3 and 1/6 as much as before.
