Hello Magic GM People,
Just wanted to put in a request to see if the teaching for EE could be looked at? Prior to the change, EE was capable of teaching debilitation at approximately 1400 ranks in cabalists. Post change to 3.2, it seems to be teaching at half the rate, maybe less, even at maximum mana. Is it possible the learning rate could be tweaked up a bit? Its taken a definitive nose-dive in the learning department.

The learning on it shouldn't have changed - 3.2 didn't touch the exp formulas and EE saw no change at all to it's difficulty and only a trivial change to it's mana range.
