I had a question about cyclic TM mechanics that I'd been wondering about. Is the potency and accuracy of cyclic TM spells determined when they're first cast? For instance if I cast rimefang and then activated pathway of damage or accuracy do those pathways affect the cyclic while it's already up? Or would I have to active the pathway and then cast the spell for it to have an effect?

If it's the latter do the effects of the pathway cease when the pathway wears off or does it continue until the spell is finally released?

I'm 90% sure it's only when cast.

Any chance for official wording on the specifics of this? Like if it takes the pathway when it's first cast do the effects of the pathway last the entire spell duration even if I drop the pathway? I mean I'd try to do some testing but that seems like something that's kinda hard for the player to see.
