When they nerfed the amount of TM EXP you get from each hit multi hits from FS became pretty useless for training purposes. So first bit of advice get Gar Zang GZ to train TM. Snap castable and more hits right from start so faster to learn and teach TM.
As for FS itself you need at least 15 mana to see more than one shard and hmm... if I recall correct 150+ PM around 20mana and 250+PM for 3 shards.
I think I started getting multis around 100 or 150 PM...
But it's nothing to be excited about. The power is weak, the accuracy is bad... Just use GZ.
I didn't know that GZ taught so well till 25th circle..... Helped me jump about 8 circles in 2 weeks. Very very nice.
