Any chance we can look at AOEs that aren't AREA cast being made legal as well, since they can't hurt bystanders? Not just a WM issue. It would make fighting in the automated invasions that happen around the gates a lot cheaper. =(

Yeah, the automated ones that hit outside the gates. The room outside the NE gate of Xing, the ones down Grimsage toward the WM guild, and I think one or two north of the gate get invaded but are in justice areas. So if I slam out some AOEs that will only hit creatures I get hit with Endangering charges.

Yes, please. I've requested this over in the Bard folders since it was something Bards used to have with their AoE cyclics, but I did include the possibility of making it apply to all AoE types and guilds.
My suggestion was:
CAST - Shouldn't trigger justice just like the old SONG QUIET.
CAST CREATURES - This could go either way. Obviously, not triggering justice would be the more desirable outcome from a player's pov but either way works as long as a plain cast is an option to avoid justice charges.
CAST AREA - should trigger justice just like it does now and like with the old SONG LOUD.
