WHY: The event would serve a dual purpose of both greater awareness of Orders to one another, and opening ourselves up to the public. Presenters would tell about their Order and its premise and/or goals, but tales about various members or its historical significance as well as offer classes, lectures, and services (such as lockpicking, healing, blesses, etc.) to the public.

This event would serve as exposure of various orders to the public as well as a sort of "soft sell" recruiting platform, sparking interest in those that come by to join in the activities.

HOW: Free and casual.

WHEN: June 28, 2003, 8:00 - 9:30 p.m. Elanthian Time

WHERE: Gaethrend's Court in Crossing

WHO: All orders to have no more than two presenters to share about their orders, preferably the speaker and one other (Tavern Troupe will be represented by Roxana, Speaker, and Xanzie, Council Leader). In addition, to inviting the populace of Elanthia for a great day of fun and learning about orders as well as free services of healing, blessing, lockpicking, entertainment, and refreshments.

The number of guests from all Orders is unlimited, there should be a maximum of two (or three, if Order turnout is really low) presenters to that order. Guests from Orders can feel free to offer free services while there, however.

Door Prizes, awards, food and drink will be offered.
