G.N.O.M.E. or Gnomes Now Organized and More Effective is an organized social group whose goal it is to discuss topics and promte events of interest to gnomes. All gnomes are invited and all races are allowed to attend as long as discussion pertains to gnomes. Our dues are on a tierd system so that lower circles pay fewer dues. I don't now of anyone of any circle who pays a gold or more in dues. These funds are used to hold events like parties, celebrations, hunts, mentorship teaching, and whatever we can think of. We work primarily by democratic means. Meetings are every Tuesday at 9:15pm EST and every last Saturday of the month at 7pm EST. Votes are taken at Saturday meetings except for officers who may vote at Tuesday meetings. We currently meet in the Saloon of the Half Pint Inn in Crossing but this will change should a more appropriate location be found (likely to be in the somewhat near future, we hope).

Fellow gnomes, tired of being bumps on the caravan routes, being used as table-legs and book ends. Want some good conversation on an eye-to-eye level. Then seek no further! G.N.O.M.E. is the group for you (Gnomes Now Organized & More Effective). Of gnomes, by gnomes and for gnomes we seek to assist and bolster the gnome community in general as well as provide a forum for fun and comraderie with your fellow gnomes.
When: Every Tuesday night 6:15 pm Pacific Time
Where: Crossing-Talberts Inn, through the high door (From the front of bank NW,W,S,W, Go Inn, Go High Door)
Officers:
Consul: Growlyn (Head of G.N.O.M.E. the Consul runs the meetings and approves any voting requests)
Censor: Deeyn (Secretary of the group, tallies votes and keeps track of the minutes for each meeting)
Quaestor: Everand (Treasurer, maintains group funds and collects all weekly dues)
Praetor: Nixy (Supervises and oversees the general discussion section of the meetings to keep things civil)
Members include: Redfers, Yamaga, Siblebierd, Everand, Kaloura, Diddley, Nehru, Meia, Gnorm, Gnickia, Nixy, Mof, Deeyn, Growlyn, Bethanne, Gnomom, Madas, Artimous, Pumkin

Gambling party in the Haven Traders Guild: We had loads of fun, good drinks, good game and good company!
Gnome Militia Training: Several hunting parties have been put together to work on combat skills and have fun too.
Gnome Village Celebration (In Progress): Seeing as how the village isnt open yet, plans are still in the works for a big event when this does happen.
As Consul of G.N.O.M.E. I extend this invitation to all gnomes of Elanthia. Tall folk are welcome to attend meetings as well, we certainly dont discourage that.

Slight error in my post...its the half-pint inn...not talberts <ducks>...at least the directions were right though, from the bank :) Our next meeting is coming up tommorow, look forward to seeing everyone as usual.
