Hello! this is my first post about it. I'm curious as to thoughts... and hoping others will get on board. The basics: many of us are rather distraught over the healing conditions of our guild, and with the war... anyway, I came up with a possible solution, a trial experiment. At one of the locations (I think the Healerie is going to be the starting location) listed below, several empaths will be healing, using a more orderly approach to things. Here's what we have so far-
1) NO boxes at all. We are not giving our lives for a box.
2) No nonsense. We will be there to HEAL. That means, no violence of any sort.
3) Not just empaths need apply. If you wish to attend a class, teach one, or help out, you are not only welcome, but very much appreciated.
4) Life comes first. The dying will be attended as soon as possible. If we can't remove a bleeding wound, we tend it until we can.
5) Herbs may be administered to stabilize a patient, or to help along an already recovering one.
6) Cooperation. This isn't about hogging patients. This is about doing what we were born to do: heal. An empath feeding vitality, one taking a nasty wound, another taking poison, whatever we can do. For those unable to heal greater injuries, they can train on our lower-danger patients, or perform touchup work on a recently saved patient.
7) Order. This is perhaps the hardest. We'll need to keep track of who entered and who's been taken care of. Honestly, the order of entry is already kept, you just need to note it, something for those not healing to consider. In short, see #7. Communication is essential.

I'd like to hear thoughts on this (preferrably good constructive). And the last real bit of this is simple: in order for us to heal, we need cooperation and understanding from the patients. If you don't like how the guild is, let's face it, we are all partly to blame. Hence why I am trying to find a way to restore our faith in the way of Healing. Thank you.
