Cysaegir farming on 07/16/2015 03:34 PM CDT
Hello Cysaegirians! (Is that right?)
I was wondering if perhaps some people knew some things or might be able to point me in the right direction. Specifically, does Cysaegir produce food and crops and the like in its nearby surrounding areas, or is everything imported from Ta'Illistim, etc?

I'm not sure I've ever seen a wagon of supplies delivered, but that could be due to me spending most of my time at the commons or the library. When Cysaegir was first opened up to visitors I recall there being quite a large variety of flowers growing nearby in several different climate zones along the trail as it descends from the mountains. I would guess there's abundant fish (although I haven't found a place to fish in town) and game close by, as well as berries and other edible plants from the forests nearly all year long. If there were records kept of other supplies being delivered or exported I'd imagine they'd keep that information someplace in Rhysedid Hall.

I have but there are currently no active MHO's or CHE' annexes operating within Cysaegir so its hard to figure out who would get credit for the event. The current idea I'm mulling over is trying to convince a large group of half-elves and aelotians to leave the west and come start a new community in Cysaegir. But with all the excitement being in Sol/landing/icemule these days its a tough sell.

Well, just as a note, since Beacon Hall is planning our next annex expansion now. (Come visit the museum/library in the Landing's Kobold Village!) As far as my questions and research indicated, it is impossible for a CHE to have an Annex operate within Cysaegir. At least, it needs to be the one from Ta'Illistim which is moved and considered, so far as I know. This is one of the major features (or in this case lack thereof) which partly defines my own cutoff for the definition of the town. Don't get me wrong, I think it's very sad.
I would note that we presently have a small team in Zul Logoth, and we've been making some friends. I can't speak for everyone, but we wanted to explore Cysaegir and would definitely be interested in this kind of event, provided the schedule works out.

That seems like a neat idea. I was originally asking because I was considering that maybe my cleric of Imaera could come and help with the harvest as it seems like Cysaegir may be underequipped for such things, at least in the eyes of someone from a major Elven city. Additional communities would likely require additional supplies though.
