OOC NOTE: Hardly any future meetings will be like this. This was a very quickly put together one and due to some time constraints we wanted to make sure it was kept on task (which primarily was discussing what the Council is going to do in an IC fashion instead of just talking OOC).

Meeting Notes:

The Town Council has been tasked with strengthening the town's defenses, reaching out to area folks who are skilled in magical arts to assist, reaching out to the trader from Vornavais for a discussion about purchasing catapults, and finding Kadya.

In response to these directives, the Council held an impromptu meeting and invited anyone interested to join us for informational purposes only as we discussed our ideas on approaching our directives.

Regarding reaching out to area magic users, we have penned a communication and agreed to reach out to local halls and houses and anyone interested in lending a hand. This communication will be distributed over the next week with our followup meeting scheduled for the 6th of Fashanos at 2 PM Elven in the Clovertooth Hall, Conference Room. We will also send a communication to Duvernith regarding the building of additional defenses to be posted on the town walls.

Regarding finding Kadya, Arianiss has suggested we contact Astari who is eager to help. Arianiss will meet with Astari and request that she speak with Ellerel regarding Kadya's whereabouts.
