Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who came out tonight. Your town dignitaries appreciate it immeasurably.
We had a grand time, and there's more to come all weekend. Keep your ears and eyes open for merchants!
The few glitches I found will be fixed soon. Strange things are afoot at the Circle K, and all that. The gift shop will reopen tomorrow!

Thank you so much for a fabulous opening ceremony. The recounting of the history of the balloon construction and the first days of Ghorsa Borthuum's arrival on the isle was very fitting.
I am looking forward to wandering round some of the balloons and shops later today.

The children's room is west of [Gallery, Ghorsa's Balloon], which can be reached by either the ascending ramp in the Bestiary or going south from the Arkati room. The gift shop is through the glass doors in the Children's room. The gift shop is open again as of... about 10 seconds from this posting.

Honestly maybe i am dumb but i can't find a ramp the bestiary or the arkati room. I have found like 5 rooms and even the people that also looked couldn't find. are there two spots to the stormbrow gallery. you have the lobby you can go stairs or east. to the east there are like 5 rooms or so but none of them that i see get me to the gift shop or childrens part

The tube wasn't visible at all last night. I just checked my log and there are 2 instances of me looking behind the model. The 2nd time was very late in the night.

The Museum curator did say something about a new inventory. Whether in whole or part, I don't know as I confess that I never shopped at the gift shop. We always take for granted what is on our doorstep.

The gift shop has been open and accessible for years. The "free" stuff on opening night was a mistake that happened while I was building the new party area. Think of it like OOPS THAT SWORD WASN'T LOCKED DOWN IN THAT EG SHOP. It's fixed now, same inventory. It was "broken" for about 12 hours on opening night, during which time I closed it until it was fixed. Nothing changed inside. There are limited quantity items in there because of rarer materials, but yes, they've been there for about 8 years.
The tube was a puzzle when the museum was created, as part of the opening fun back then. It was confusing a few people yesterday, so I made it visible. It has nothing to do with the gift shop, except you couldn't find it, heh.
