1) [Non-hunting place on the Isle?] - Adventurer's Rest (although Mud Baths, Asylum and Nelemar Room in Stormbrow are close joint second.)
2) [NPC on Teras?] - Shorga (Barmaid at the Adventurer's Rest)
3) [Teras-based event or storyline from the past?] Recent Festival to celebrate the 120th Anniversary of Kharam Dzu
4) [Thing to tell people about Teras that non-Terasians might not know?] No matter how grumpy some people may appear, they will always come to rescue you if you die. Its the Teras way.
