Would it be possible to get a River's Rest SALUTE option added? I just can't imagine anybody who lives there saluting in any way other than sloppily or sarcastically, and the only option in that vein is MARCH BEHIND CREATURE.
A severed gnomish hand crawls in on its fingertips and makes a rude gesture before quickly decaying and rotting into dust. A gust of wind quickly scatters the dust.
