On a clear, warm night, Misun sits comfortably at the round table of the keep. She lightly shifts the sheets of vellum in front of her as her mind drifts off for a long moment.

“The Solhaven Educational System Expansion”
Goal:
"Knowledge and Achievement through Determination and Perseverance."
Summary:
It is formally requested that Solhaven's educational budget be expanded to include more land and additional funds. With this, there could be a few building expansions, and some extra resources given to school and the library. By expanding the building, and offering a wide curriculum, the city will enjoy increased commerce.
Overview:
Solhaven's residents have been able to rely on the administration of the Triton day school to enrich the lives of our youngest citizens for many years now. They have been there when our town has been in strife, and in peace to see these children have their needs met.

She quickly binds the sheets of vellum and stuffs them securely in her cloak and goes in search of Yukito.
Speaking softly to Raelee, Kilthal says, "Many things would be different if people listened to ye."
Speaking to Kilthal, Raelee says, "Believe me. I am painfully aware of that."
