I have a lead we should follow. I assisted Malvernus of the Hall of Mages with a ritual to de-crystalize one Magister Orphia. This Magister spent some significant time in Fash'lo'nae's library on Inorios Plateau. I was informed by the wizard Malvernus that I could not speak with Orphia as she was not well enough. He said he was taking her back to the Hall of Mages. I encourage you to speak with the Arbiter to begin negotiations with the Hall of Mages to ask this Magister if she learned anything about Despana during her time in the library.
