The recent Mind over Body (1213) change to store fractions of stamina savings has been reverted. The spell is back to using the original formula that had been used since its original release years ago.

The reason for this reversion is that the original formula was unintentionally written (by me) in a way that had rounded up for remainders of 0.5 and higher. Typically, GemStone uses integer math such that fractions are completely truncated. The recent change was meant to be an improvement for players under all circumstances, but it turned out that was only the case about half of the time. In addition, it introduced uncertainty when activating an ability because stamina costs could vary by one due to the saved up fractions. In the end, we decided the best course of action was to just use the original formula. I apologize for this oversight on my part.
